Improve the throughput of the TRIRIGA Cleanup agent

Currently (for the solution I'm working with), the TRIRIGA cleanup agent never seems to finish if there are more than ~1.5 million records to clean up. This is because some of the SQL queries it runs start taking extreme time (at least for us, using TRIRIGA with Db2).

As a workaround (which we use after a user has triggered a bulk data deletion in TRIRIGA), we've set up a dedicated TRIRIGA server on which we trigger TRIRIGA Cleanup with specific values in the TRIRIGAWEB.properties CLEANUP_AGENT_RECORD_DATA_AGE setting to prevent it from trying to clean up more than ~1 million records at a time.

This process takes a long time and is quite cumbersome.
We wish there were a quicker way to clean up large data sets (records already removed from the TRIRIGA application).
