We need the ability to reserve dynamic rooms through the outlook integration.

Business justifications: Even though the Dynamic rooms are supported in the TRIRIGA UX, it is not supported in Outlook integration. There are certain combinations of rooms where the Video conferencing equipment does not work. Therefore, the end users reserve certain combinations and they think they are set for the meeting, however, once the meeting starts and they are unable to work the Video conference equipment, this becomes a big problem. It will leave a bad taste of TRIRIGA reservation within the end users community that might result in looking for another reservation solution.

    Gabriel, Thank you for taking the time to provide your ideas to IBM. I need a little more information to understand your idea. You mentioned 'dynamic rooms, do you mean reservation space groups?
