Provide mechanism to prevent users modifying the same lease record at the same time

Currently in TRIRIGA multiple persons can modify and work on a lease at the same time. This is problematic as only one person’s changes will save and users do not have visibility that multiple people may be already making changes and working on that lease. 

Steps required to be followed for correct accounting: The system should allow users to visibly see when a user is in a lease record making changes and or the system should not permit multiple users from making changes at the same time. Example of visibility someone is in the record is in line with collaborative tools such as Teams/ Smartsheet’s/ Miro Board etc. 

Steps to replicate Issue experienced: As an example, when a lease is submitted for accounting, it is reverted into a pool (group) and a lease accountant will then assign the lease and start work. He/She may then step away from their workspace and whilst they are in the midst of making changes and or approving, another lease accountant can access the record and make changes that would override the workings of the first lease accountant. Driving the behavior outside the system to only make changes to leases that you have assigned to yourself is a temporary work around however the risk still exists that changes can be overwritten resulting in delays, re-work and inefficiencies.
