BIM Integrator - Have the Populate Paramters work per FLOOR not the entire Model

Currently you cannot run the Populate Parameters on a single floor and that can be problamatic with multi-floor buildings, especailly with 8+ floors. We have seen issues and crashing realted to this for large multi-floor buildings.
For example, I may have 6 floors in a building model, I may only want to run this on a single floor at a time. 
I may have a 15 floor building model I most likley will not want to do all 15 floors at one time, it would be time consuiming and may even time out.

I may only want to do one floor based on worklfows or buildouts, but the entire floor.
