Can you confirm which version of the applcation you are using e.g. 10.7.x) and attach a screen shot of the "green dot" so I can be sure which area of the application that you are looking at.
Auto-remove rooms from a meeting if the room declines the meeting - we will evaluate this to look at the feasibility and user experience.
We would want the rooms to be removed from the Outlook reserve add-in and also removed from the Outlook invite required to/location fields - we will evaluate this to look at the feasibility and user experience.
