QR Code Reading in Tririga WorkTask Site

It is crucial for maintenance work to be able to read QR codes. However, when attempting to read QR codes on the Tririga WorkTask site, we have encountered an issue where the function is unresponsive. Interestingly, when we attempted to read a different type of QR code (notably, desks have a distinct QR code from other assets), we did not encounter any problems.

Kindly inform us about the categories of QR codes that may pose readability challenges when processed by Tririga.

Steps Taken:
• We verified that the QR code reading function works correctly within the Tririga WorkTask site.
• Successfully read QR codes of different format (e.g., desks) as part of our troubleshooting.
• Reviewed Tririga WorkTask site documentation but found no specific information regarding QR code compatibility.

This impediment is detrimental to our maintenance operations as it prevents us from efficiently accessing asset-related information, potentially resulting in delays and inefficiencies. We request immediate attention and resolution from the IBM Tririga support team to diagnose the root cause and suggest/implement a corrective solution.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your ideas to IBM.

We plan to update our documentation to clarify which QR Code formats we support. What format would you like for us to consider supporting in the future?

I look forward to your response. Thank you again for your feedback.
