Reservation suitable for hybrid working and sustainability goals

Why.  1) To improve the employee experience  2) Provide employees and teams with a simple tool for assembling in the office 3) improve the management (and sustainability management) of an organisations real estate for a hybrid workplace.

Who Benefits.  1) the corporate - improved efficiency of real estate, permanent removal of real estate from the portfolio, closure of floors/space during quiet days  2) Teams come together and meet increasing collaboration, networking and face to face opportunities  3) the individual has a simple solution - light touch admin which doesn't require an administrator/manager to arrange office days.

How.  1) confirm to a reservation application the day, location and group.  A group is a collection of people - this could be department, project or social group (like someone's birthday)  2) the reservation tool collates all the bookings dynamically (reservations and cancellations) confirms a seat is reserved  3) bookings occur the night before the day in the office - ensuring groups are booked together  4) If a means of establishing connections between groups is possible - seat groups with strong connections adjacent to one another.
