Ability to attach any type of document to service request

Most of the service request the client manages require the enduser to upload a document with extra information or a form filled, they would like to have it added OOTB the ability to upload any kind of file when creating a new service request using the UX Application. Right now the default UX app allows to attach a photo to the comment in a service request but they would need the ability to upload a file instead of just a photo.

    Hi Lou, at this moment the users want to be able to upload mainly a pdf or word document and in some cases they might need to upload a zip with more than one file.
