Add the ability to purchase assets based on Asset Templates

I can purchase based on a rotating item number and then create serialized assets. However, for fleet assets, I typically use Asset Templates to create serialized assets and also apply PMs, spare parts, meters, etc. I need the ability to link the Asset Template to a PR and PO and upon receipt, create assets from the Asset Template. Asset Templates aren't linked to rotating items and POs are linked to Asset Templates. There is a gap.
