Send Container logs to an external storage

As of today we do not have a procedure to recover the logs or monitor the logs and create an alert message if anything goes wrong in our environment, for example we had an issue with a user API token expired and pictures were not loading into the MVI from mobile we did not notice untill someone complained about it, and also some times service pod has error messages and it is going out of memory where we cannot set any alerts. It would be good if we can incoperate a feature to send pod logs to a external source like a s3 bucket or some oject storage so that we can filter it with a monitoring tool
