Re-labelling of Annonated Data Set

Currently, the only way to re-label annonated data set in the GUI is to go into individual image and rename a specific "object", which does not make sense for huge data set.

There's 2 work arounds regarding this.
1) Using of command line with "vision-tools" to rename objects
- This method require user to have access to the server, which usually end users does not have, so they will be raising requests for the SME to handle this.
- Client (managing the server) not inclined to give access to end users to do it themselves

2) Exporting out data set, pass it through a python script to change the object's name, then import data set back to MVI
- Longer workaround method due to the additional export/import duration inccured

Solution Needed
In MVI GUI, under data set that is selected, at the left column --> objects --> expanding the list --> Edit --> "add in rename function" --> prompt out a window to rename whichever objects that the users want to change

I believe that this problem is fixed in the UI now. I think it went into MVI 8.3 (MAS 8.5).
