Role based access to Visual Inspection data

In order to safely allow users to access appropriate data, we would like to be able to control user access MVI data on a more granular level than simply one user has total control of their data and no one but the admin and them can access it.

Desired options include read, write, admin, and export. Delete is included in admin, since we only want the true owner of the data or the admin to be able to delete it. Likewise, only the owner and the admin should be able to control who can access their data.

There are two levels at which we would like to apply these permissions: account level and data set level. For account level the permission should apply to all data sets on that account, while for data set level it should be specific to the data set. It should be possible to grant a user view access to multiple accounts/data sets beyond their own. See attached for examples.

I am hopeful that when "data set" is referenced here it doesn't mean this would only apply to datasets. This permission model improvemnet needs to be propogated to Models and Projects as well.

    another idea to consider:

Use projects as the way to colloborate on datasets and models. Could the project area have the additional permission model for who can see the assets in a project area? This could simplify the administrative steps of the user as opposed to the other idea of having an expansive permission model per object type in MVI.
