Selected data export

Currently, the only way to get an export of a subset of a dataset is to copy that data to a new set, then export it. In addition to the hassle of being required to create and delete an extra data set to export a subset, it is a common mistake for users to believe that when they have a subset of data selected that the "export data" button will export the subset. It is only after the entire data set has been exported that the mistake becomes clear, and the large nature of some of these data sets makes this a hassle. Either making the "export data" button only export the selected data (or all the data when no data is selected) or creating a "export selected data" button would both help improve functionality and clarity of the Maximo Visual Inspection UI.
