Increase MQTT topic customization

Although the MQTT topic structure can be changed for some topics, currently the takephoto topic is limited to ibmvi/takephoto/%device%. We'd like to be able to have the same flexibility for this topic as for the custom heartbeat, threshold, and more.

Heartbeat is likewise limited, but not as important to have changed over.

    This item has moved to In development status and is planned to be available in Oct release. here is the comment from dev lead: As the app depends on default takephoto message for intra app communication, mod of that will not be available. However, an additional takephoto subscription topic will be allowed which user can configure as per their requirement. This will be an optional topic and will only be subscribed to if user decides to enter a value for this. It will be available under Configure MQTT Topics screen and will be configurable through mdm with the key MQTTCustomTakePhotoTopic.

    Heartbeat modification is already there with custom heartbeat template that can transform and publish the custom heartbeat to custom heartbeat topic.
