Automatically mark training data

For data purging purposes, it is important to know which data sets are training data, as these set should not be deleted. Currently this is verified by going to the models page and seeing which data set is listed under each model. However, this is time consuming and not robust. Going forward, data sets should be automatically flagged as training data as soon as they are used to train a model. Users should also be able to manually flag the data, for a set they want maintained.
