Dealing with humans in pictures

Pictures taken in the plants occasionally have people in them. There are two known circumstances in which this is an issue. First, some of our pictures are sent to customers. To make sure we aren't sending pictures with people, currently they're manually checked/blurred by a 3rd party before being sent. The second is that some plants aren't allowed to store pictures which include operators. We'd like a way to filter for pictures with people and deal with them as appropriate.
