Need more flexibility for scheduling and updating PMs (job plans and schedules) that share the same job plan.

We need to be able to have multiple assets under one job plan with different schedules/frequencies.  Today, we cannot do this - all assets must follow the same schedule.  To get around this, we create a separate job plan for every asset - approx. 128,000 job plans.  It is also not easy to move assets to different groups (remove one asset from a group to a different group due to the asset location moving).  This causes tasks to regenerate and create new tasks which causes confusion with the building maintenance teams.  We need to have multiple schedules within the same job plan.  All of the regeneration of tasks takes up system resources and causes a strain on the system.
