This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).

Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.

We use an Offline Form and currently uploaded documents are only visible under the Comments section of the Notes and Documents tab and show as a Conversation. Instead it would be helpful if th uploaded docment showed under the Related Documents section instead.

Hello Lu, Thank you for taking the time to provide your ideas to IBM. Our team has evaluated your idea and we will leave it here and review periodically for possible inclusion in a future release. You can encourage others to show support by voting on this idea. Thank you again for your feedback.
The offline line form is sent to our various vendors that provide service to our company, from hvac to snow removal etc. When they respond and also include any evidence (document/picture) of either what service was provided currently it shows as being a conversation vs it should show under the Related Documents tab as an ex: jpg or pdf. By having to view it in the Comments section they have to first go into the Comment and then scroll to the Work Task Document section to then open the doc which is creating more work/steps for our employees.
Hi Lu! Thank you for your feedback and idea about attaching images to comments and their placement in the app. We want to ensure we fully understand your workflow and expectations so we can address this effectively. What do you use the upload image option for in the workplace services app for?
