Enable External Email Recipients Field in triPeople BO for Report Scheduler Notifications

  • We propose enhancing the Report Scheduler functionality by enabling the inclusion of external email recipients within the triPeople Business Object (BO). 
  • Currently, when reports are scheduled, notification details are not generated, and the external recipients are not visible. 
  • Although the Manager Default query includes a smart section for External Email Recipients as part of the triPeople BO, there is no option to display this field in the query results. 
  • By adding this capability, users will be able to view and manage the list of external recipients directly when running the query.
