Eclipse (z/OS Explorer) on M1

Add support for Eclipse on the Mac M1 chip.  We use the IBM Debugger and z/OS Explorer for debugging both Cobol and Assembler programs.    We have used zOS_Explorer-aqua-3.3.2-macosx-x86_64.zip on Macs with Intel chips and it worked pretty well.  (It did miss a few features).  Now our Macs are being upgraded to the latest which includes the M1 chip.  This same latest version of z/OS Explorer will not respond to a debugger session starting, although the RSE portion works normally.

    Thank you for taking the time to suggest an enhancement to our product. Many of our product enhancements result from feedback from our customers, so your input is always very important to us. Your request is currently in line with our product strategy and we have planned it for a future release of the product. Thank you for your suggestion and continued support.

    I downloaded and installed the Eclipse package for 2022-03 for AArch64, e.g applicable for Mac M1. Then installed new software in Eclipse defined as: z/OS Explorer Aqua V3.3 (Eclipse V4.23) - https://public.dhe.ibm.com/ibmdl/export/pub/software/htp/zos/tools/aqua3.3/

    Installed both the IBM Debug for z/OS and IBM Developer for z/OS, and now can debug cobol / assembler on the M1 Mac.
