Allow Excel output format for RPE reports imported on ETM

Add the ability to change column configuration (left to right / top to bottom) display settings when performing a comprehensive export of a test plan.

This feature would make comprehensive exports of test plans much more aesthetically pleasing to the viewer. The current export stacks the step columns in the Top to Bottom view, while we develop and execute our procedures using the Left to Right v...
