Add support for Interactive ISPF Gateway to RTC on z/os

RTC on z/os does not currently support the Interactive ISPF Gateway. Only the Legacy ISPF Gateway is supported and documented.The Legacy ISPF Gateway has been deprecated by ISPF and the push is to use the new Interactive.
