No multi-component-set view

The inadequacy of the change set views and exports when it comes to links to/from other components. i.e. not having a “multi-component-change-set” sort of view.

Multiple changesets mixed in diff

History view does not separate change sets so the changes can be interleaved, thus making it hard to see just the changes for a particular change set.
