Tiered Price Purchase Contract

Add the ability in Purchase Contracts to have tiered pricing for the same item on contract lines. Move this functionality from Maximo for Aviation to core Maximo. This isn't industry specific functionality.

SAP Adapter interfaces attaches extra skill levels for labor records in Maximo

Irrespective of which skill level is sent from SAP, Maximo adds all skill levels available for this craft against the labor. This logic is in the psdi.iface.sap2005.LaborInExt class

Add PR to PO Advanced Search

In the Purchase Order application - Advanced Search under PO Line there is a field for Material Request. There should also be a field for Purchase Requisition.

Ability to close RFQs that have no been fully awarded
