Add custom persistent field to CLASSSTRUCTURE without outage

Delete orphaned CLASSIFICATION rows

Filter where field is null OR equals value

Pare down the WORKORDER table (it's too big)

The WORKORDER table is too big, especially when Maximo add-ons are installed (~300 columns). Some of the old/extra columns should be retired. This would improve Maximo performance.
