Forecast report for calculating costs based on queried PM's.

To have a consolidated view of costs, to not have to run cognos reports and do a vlookup. This would be an easier view of the costs for a specific timeframe for a Quality of Life improvement.

Reserve - Hide meeting rooms that are unavailable at that time due to resource downtime.

Currently if you use Resource downtime for a meeting room, it still shows as available for booking in both TRIRIGA and Exchange, the booking is then rejected. This isn't a good experience, making the resource downtime function unsuitable for use.
