Support FMI 2.0

Currently just FMI 1.0 is supported by Rhapsody. We get from our customers models with FMI 2.0. So it would be great to upgrade the interface to 2.0, so that we can import also those models.

Changeset resolution on moving from offline to online

1. When we switch from offline to online mode there may be too many change sets and this becomes really confusing when deciding which changes to be taken. 2. Diff merge is not efficient in viewing the changes and resolving conflicts.

While some model elements are readonly and if any of the plugin file has dependecy on the readony file then error message is not proper.
