Rhapsody should allow the linking of elements to remote requirement modules

Rhapsody currently allows a user to establish a link (Satisfies, etc) between a model element and a remote requirement in RM. Rhapsody should also allow the user to establish a link between a model element and a remote requirement module.

Installation should select latest version of compiler

Just now the installer leaves a factoryC++.prp file with many versions of VS listed, but doesn't even default to the latest...even when it know which versions of VS are installed. This should be selectable at install time.
