Display Embedded Artifacts in "Where Used"

In "Where Used" you can see if an artifact is used in Modules, included in reviews, etc. - but not if it is embedded in anther artifact! This means it can be included in sveral modules - and that is not displayed. This makes impact analysis go wrong.

Ability to Pause DNG Rebase to withstand a server restart.

A Full Rebase of DNG resources can take 5 to 7 days preventing any other type of maintenance which would include a server restart. It would be nice to have this similar to the way LQE indexing can be paused.
