Lack of the folder structure to organize the test cases

Lack of the ability to add the tags to test case/plan in RQM. Like the tags to RTC item, the tags could be very helpful for the user to group and filter the test case/plan.

Date autofill when state changes in Test case

In the Test case, there will be one custom date type field. so whenever the state gets changed to "Ready for Review, " the system date should be auto-updated in that custom field. Is there any possible way to do it?
