When Maximo is hosted in IBM cloud and user authentication is configured to use SAML it is not allowed to synchronize users including security groups with LDAPsync. The response from the IDP provider (ex Azure) includes the user information and security group. Why can't Maximo SAML integration use this information to create and update users in Maximo.

This will solve the issue with missing users and wrong securitygroups in Manage based on manual maintenenace. Today we spend lot of time to create new users and add securitygroups based on email information. Is there any other solution available t...
