Restrictions to edit to Shared Views

We create views for the project but someone who is not a Power User can also make changes to the existing views. This changes the view and the intended columns and filters to be viewed are lost.So we have tolock edit access to shared views.

In a DNG view we would like to be able to filter on attributes within CCM and RQM.

In DNG we can filter on link types but we would like the ability to filter deeper on these by including filters on the attributes within CCM and RQM also. (See case number TS001102463)

Add capability to reuse artifacts from different Project Areas and Components

Remove possibility to choose "Folders" during adding link

When I Try to add link, it could be useful not to have possibility to take the option "What to look in - Folders" because the two "views" "Folders" and "Modules" are different and so it causes unexpectable results.
