Deleted Test Steps Should be Placed in Trash to Allow Restore or Permanently Delete

When Manual Test Step is deleted from a Test Script, the deleted Test Steps should be put in Trash and made possible for user to restore or permanently delete.

Expose renamed Execution state of Test Suite/cases in Engineering Test Management so that renamed Execution state can be used in Java Reporting Service

Currently, if you rename Execution state of Test cases and Test Suites in ETM, afterward, query these Test Cases/Test Suites from Java Reporting Service (JRS), still the default values of Execution state will be shown in the result of the query.
