Automation Script Status should work like other applications, currently it does nothing

Currently there is a status field (DRAFT, ACTIVE, INACTIVE) in Automation Scripting that does not do anything. I would expect it to function like all the other applications. It would only execute when the status is ACTIVE.

Allow full copy feature of inspections from older iphones to newer iphones

Today Ford has to completely rebuild the inspection from scratch on the new iphone. Workbench has a feature to do this but is 60-90% effective as it doesn't copy over inspection thresholds and logic.
