Changeset resolution on moving from offline to online

Ability to hide an unwanted pine stereotype

In Rhapsody, in the list of choices in "set stereotype" on pins, there is the stereotype "inferred in PredifinedTypes" which appears whereas it is not desired. This is a stereotype that has been added by IBM to Stereotype UML-Rhp "Pin".
