Some customers require using different SMTP servers with different access configuration and credentials for different proposes. It would be nice to have more than one SMTP servers and choose them in Communication Templates.

In Service Requests Role-Based application of Maximo 7.6.1.2, when an attachment present in a service Request is canceled the UNDO popup option comes for a couple of seconds and then vanishes, and the attachment gets deleted without any confirmation.
