Ability to mark survey questions mandatory

In our ICD we have enabled the survey module for our customers. I.e. to provide their feedback on the quality of our services/solutions. We notice that the survey module in ICD is fairly flexible, but seems to be lacking a function to make certain questions in the survey mandatory. This results in many partial responses that are deemed useless.

Enable the ability to mark certain questions as mandatory in a survey mandatory ?
