Change Language from within the Service Portal

We are using IBM Control Desk as our main ITSM tool. The service portal is planned to be used by all end users to log their SRs / Incidents. We have Signle Sign-On implemented in our environment.

We have a multi-lingual environment (around 50 countries) where end users converse in English, Arabic, and French.

With SSO implemented (the login page is skipped), users can neither select the language nor can they view the Service Catalogue in their language (it is always English).

We are currently not able to launch the Service Portal for all users to be able to use it as the main Self-Service portal for requests because of these limitations.

What I am suggesting, is a link/button from within the Service Portal (and also from within the ICD UI) to be able to change the language for the user after login.

    This functionality was delivered with ICD 7.6.1.3 in Dec 2020.
