Epic -Subscribe and unsubscribe to a service request

Should have the ability to "subscribe/unsubscribe" to tickets (Similar to “Add Interested Party”) so that subscribers can add logs, view everyone's log/updates, view ticket Status and receive all email updates. Anyone adding logs should automatically be added to the subscribe list.
Give a choice if you want to notify everyone when you make an update.
Currently email updates are restricted to the originator and the assignee.
Should be able to "subscribe/unsubscribe" to tickets in the dept.

    Hello . We regret to advise we will not be able to develop this idea in the coming months and thus are moving it to not consider. We appreciate it is a great idea and we hope to deliver it in the future but it will not be in the coming builds.
