Enable all implicit variables in Service Catalog scripts

Enable all implicit variables in Service Catalog scripts. Scripts which are triggered by a launchpoint have a number of standard implicit variables (e.g. user and app) as well as injected variables (e.g. var_modified, var_hidden, var_readonly). Not all of these are available for offering catalog scripts because these do not have explicitly defined launchpoints. Variables such as app and user are particularly needed.
