Ability to associate affected services from CMDB/TADDM to a Single ticket raised in ICD

When a ticket is being created all affected services need to be identified. This needs to drive the following:
Identifying the service with the most consequence to the business, and use this to calculate the ticket's urgency.
Ideally, all affected services would be identified in a single ticket, rather than generating a ticket per service. This is to facilitate Service Level Reporting, which needs to identify how many of each ticket type were raised against each service, and the performance of those tickets

    Thank you for the idea for IBM Control Desk. At this time IBM development will not be implementing this idea. We will close this idea for now and should it become a priority for many customers, we will revisit it again.
