Maximo IT has moved into the Maximo Application Suite and with the UX capabilities delivered through graphite. Customers can now add standard fields to the Self serve to allow for configurations/customizations requested by users or customer.
Thank you for the idea , As we move to the Maximo Application Suite we will be retiring the Service Portal and it will be replaced by self Serve. Self Service will be in the core of the tooling and will be configurable to allow but "mobile " and desktop UX.
I will set this as planned to be delivered for later this year.

Thank you for the great idea. Control Desk is realigning with Maximo (MAS) and with this we have plans to do some modernization of the Control desk solution perhaps starting with the Service Portal, we are in discussions now. Since this is the case I will set this to be considered in the future as we work to update and use other software to set the framework for Service Portal.
