allow worklog (add comments) to ticket from the slack commands

The functional users update ticket on ICD continuously using the worklog table as related table of ticket, in that way the track the activities that have been done or the reasons why the ticket have not been progress to another state, so adding comments is more frequently in more cases than updating owner/status/impact/severity/etc for that reason the customer is interested to been available to have that possibility of interaction ( seen the comments add to the ticket and add new ones) from slack commands (Chatops Integration).

    7.6.1.5 is planned GA for early Dec. this feature will be in the 7.6.1.5 capabilities.

    I wanted to provide an update, we have completed the development of this idea. It will be delivered and provided in the GA release of ICD 7.6.1.5 due out later this year.

    Thank you for submitting the great idea. I have discussed with some of our Chatops and Development team we think this is a good idea.

    We are going to see if we can get this done in the next release. We may be cutting it too close but we will see what we can do.
