Story Cd 27- Have a countdown timer (countdown till target finish) in the tickets and workorders apps.

Have a visible countdown timer in the ticket/work order header, that counts down till the target finish, to calculate how much time is left. The timer does not have to take into consideration non-working hours (due to calendar/shift or days off) but is only used as a visual indication of how much time is left.
