Ability to select an 'Apply to Date' in the SLA for tickets.- SP

By default, SLAs are calculated starting with the 'Reported Date' (which is not changeable like in the case of a work order). This doesn't make sense, since sometimes we need to calculate the SLA starting when all approvals were completed for example, not from the reported date.

    Hello Omar

    We appreciate the value of this idea and wish we could get to it in the coming releases, but due to current workload of the development team for Service provider we will not be able to get to this in the coming release or in 2026. With that we will close this idea and consider it again in the coming years.
