Better Mail Configuration structure

Dear Jazz Team, currently there it is really confusing for users to configure Mail settings for ETM. There are two different ways for configuring mail settings: 1) In the profile of the user there is a mail configuration [1 - ETM_profile] In addition, the profile itself is available from each application, but it looks always a bit different. If the Mail setting is available it is the same for each application, but the URL is always different. 2) In the "My Preferences for Quality Management" there is under "Change Notifications" a possibility to configure mail settings [2 - ETM_preferences] In fact, the mail configurations are different between the profile [1] and the preferences [2] as it seems the profile [1] is for configuring Work Item Mail settings (e.g. EWM) and the preferences [2] configure ETM mail settings (e.g. Test Case Execution Records). The wish from the community is to bundle all Mail settings at one point (one single point of truth): - the profile setting seems to be the correct point - cluster different configurations into sections (EWM Mail settings, ETM Mail settings) to it - The best: put the profile on the JTS application and just link from each application to it if appropriate - It might be necessary / wishable to make sections only visible, if the appropriate application is installed This would bring more life into the platform as a user can see some central theme in here. At the moment it looks like that every application team is doint whatever it wants to do without getting a view on the neighbor team.
