When we try to connect the ports via flows in an Internal Block Definition Diagram the flows are getting outside the Internal Block Definition Diagram frame.
Steps to reproduce :
Create a block with Proxy Port
Create an Internal Block Definition Diagram for a block
Populate the ports in Internal Block Definition Diagram
Create a new port in Internal Block Definition Diagram
Connect flows between Proxy Ports
The sender/receiver ports direction defines the flow's ends. Assume we are having the sender nested ports and receiver port in the internal block diagram while connecting them from left to right. The sender nested proxy port is present on the left side having "out" direction and the receiver having "in" direction. The sender port symbolizes outgoing direction if it is shown on the left side of the owner port. As shown in the below image, if the port is attached to its left side of the owner port means the flow misbehaves.

Hi,
I would suggest you use a straight line for all the occurrences by selecting the line (Edit->Select->Select Same Type) option and right-click to change the "Line Shape".
Hope this helps!

Hello Suneel,
This behaviour is reproducible in the new model also, it is not specific to the model shown in the screenshot.
Please find the attached model and diagram (internal block diagram_3)
Info:
If you try to have the proxy port in the left corner of the nested port means this will be reproducible.
Warm Regards,
Yashwanth
Hi,
Could you share a model which depicts this behavior?
