Flag to supress warnings when opening a model via command line

When opening a rhapsody via cmd line, multiple windows open, see

Please add a cmd line flag to supress this warning or otherwise let us control the promps via cmd API.

    Hi,

    Thank you for bringing this to our notice.

    I think we need to further investigate this case on the support end before I can consider it as an RFE.

    I will let the support manager investigate this case.
