Detect and report extreme sized Erroneous Contents Fields to ensure such are identified and purged from system to ensure system performance and integrity

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Contents Field has no size limits, as such erroneous imports are allowed with 1M+ characters. While such operations are supported, the system cannot handle such loads and crashes. Without prevention of such import operations of large size, system should have reporting capability to detect such size violations and report out under admin and maintenance operations to ensure such artifacts are identified to allow for purge/replacement/repair. Further baseline of such large fields should be blocked to ensure integrity of baselines. Without reporting and blocking of such occurrences, system crashes are possible and likely. Having such an open-ended, unprotected system puts it at risk of not supporting ISO 26262, which is required by this customer.
