Allow multiedit of artifacts to set row type in module view

Allow multiedit of artifacts to set row type (numbered row, normal row) in module view.
Use Case: Since the normal multiedit is restricted to 200 artifacts (and we often have that case, for example after migration of documents bulk adaptations are neccessary or whenever we change our process), the work around given to us was multiediting by editing all attributes in a view. This currently does not allow setting numbered rows, though.
In addition, the work around by multieding artifacts in a view is not equivalent to multiediting artifacts by multiselect. The following functions should be added to multiedit of views: Cut, Copy, Paste, Paste Special, PAst as Link, Remove, Add Link, Set Validity Status.

As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The IBM Engineering team has carefully reviewed this idea, and based on our understanding, it does not fit our near-term plans. Although we are closing this request, it will be kept in IBM's ideas repository.

Yes, we need the same multiselect editing functions for using in edit attributes in a view...especially for differing values!!
